Data processing was performed with Skyline (3.1.1.8669) as described in the original manuscript for TripleTOF 6600, Iteration 2, Navarro et al., 2016. The MSstats report was exported for further analysis. The differential abundance analysis was performed by MSstats (v3.13.5) R package. Details for data processing and statistical analysis are available in description.pdf ('Methods' folder).
