Proteomic analysis of Xanthomonas axonopodis pathovar glycines at the onset of programmed cell death

Description

Programmed cell death (PCD) was observed in the strain Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. glycines wild type; Xag wt (alias Xanthomonas citri pv. glycines wild type). Xag M42 mutant strain does not display PCD. The proteome analysis of Xag wt in PCD non-inducing medium and PCD inducing medium, while Xag M42 in PCD inducing medium was performed.
