Peroxynitrite in tumor microenvironment change the profile of peptide epitopes on tumor cells allowing their escape from cancer immunotherapy

SILAC quantitation of MHC I peptides in mouse and human samples using LC-MS/MS. GabrilovichD-18-L005 is a representative experiment for PNT treatment of murine EG.7 with PNT and cultured afterwards for the specified amount of time (specified in the file name, in 2 replicates for 30 min time-point). GabrilovichD-17-L134 (93-2017UACC60min) is a PNT treatment of human melanoma UACC903 cells and cultured afterwards for 30 mins. GabrilovicD-20-L066 (B16mix1-HF and mix2) is an experiment with overexpression of iNOS in B16 cells (2 replicates). GabrilovichD_20-L070 is bortezomib treatment of EG7 cells for 50 min (mix1), 120 min (mix2), 300 min (mix4). Treated cells were "heavy" labeled, control cells were "light" labeled.
