In this paper, using the Xenopus dorsal gastrula mesoderm, we explored the localization dynamics of several actin-regulatory proteins, defined the in vivo interactome of Cofilin2 (CFL2), and explored the function of Twinfilin1 in convergent extension. Specifically, this APMS dataset is comprised of "prey" protein interactions determined to associate with a CFL2-GFP "bait."
