Files associated with the TIMSFolding preprint V1 and associated program. K562 lysates on 2 hour runs were used to generate 2 spectral libraries, the first with the native data and the second with the 1/k0 value of the corresponding spectra "folded" into the MGF spectra. We describe both the compatibility of TIMSFolded ion mobility MS/MS data with multiple search tools and demonstrate the use of the folded 1/k0 value as an additional confidence metric in peptide spectral match assignment
