Description

This dataset consists of 10 raw MS files and associated peak lists and results files, acquired on AB Sciex TripleTOF 6600 mass spectrometer operated in Data Dependent Acquisition mode. Samples were generated and IP was performed by Chetan Chana. Mass spectrometry acquisition was performed by Cassandra Wong. Data analysis was performed by Brett Larsen and Chetan Chana. The files are associated with a manuscript submitted for publication by Chetan Chana et al. This manuscript identifies proteins which are glued to GID4 via treatment with small molecules.
