Description

Rna guided proteins have emerged as a critical transciritonal regualtior in both natural and engineered biological systems by modulation RNA polymer (RAP) and its associated factors. In bacteria, diverse clades of purposed tnp and cripr portein repress gene expression by blocking transcritpion.
