A gig GNPS molecular networking was generated with MSMS data of around one thousand marine specimens from Capon group which were collected from Southern Australia and Antarctica. Around one hundred pure compounds of fourteen different classes of marine sponge metabolites from the Capon lab pure compound library were also included in GNPS analysis for dereplication purpose.
