GNPS - NIST Standard Reference Material Human Serum - Column Comparability

Description

NIST SRM-1950 was processed using an 80% EtOH extraction protocol (found here 10.1021/ac402503m) and subsequently ran on a UHPLC using 5 different Phenomenex columns: Kinetex 1.3u C18; Knietex 1.7u C18, Kinetex 2.6u C18; Luna 1.6u C18 Polar; Luna 1.6u C18 PS. Data was acquired using a Thermo Q-Exactive. [dataset license: CC0 1.0 Universal (CC0 1.0)]
