This study aims to identify proteins produced by S. sclerotiorum, thereby, increasing its current proteomic knowledge database. In summary, three biological replicates were pooled from one S. sclerotiorum culture and extracted mycelia proteins collected from solid culture were separated utilizing sodium dodecyl polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) and annotated following AB Sciex 6600 TripleToF mass spectrometery
