Description

This set of submissions contains the mass spectrometry files for the manuscript by Kougnassoukou Tchara et al. that describes the development and deployment of the CasTurbo and CasUltra systems for the mapping of chromatin environments. Experiments were performed from HeLa and A375 cells and MS files were acquired on an Orbitrap Fusion mass spectrometer.
