As an in vitro model of neurons, catecholaminergic CAD cells have been selected because of their direct origin in the mouse central nervous system and their ability to undergo inducible differentiation, which is characterized by cell cycle exit and neurite outgrowth. This study aims to apply a label-free quantitative SWATH-MS proteomic approach to investigate the holistic aspects of protein expression in CAD cells upon differentiation.
