Description

Global proteome comparison between five cell populations isolated during a 4-day differentiation process in C2C12 myoblasts. A total of 5 replicates were in-column digested and data was collected in data independent acquisition mode on a Lumos Tribrid instrument for label free-quantification of protein abundances.
