Description

MALDI-qTOF protein profiles for 54 patient derived tampons used to generate protein extracts. Each patient was diagnosed as having benign, ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, or uterine cancer growths. Spectra were collected using linear positive mode with a 4 - 20 kDa mass range.
