Investigating how diurnal photoacclimation influences algal fitness and documenting the molecular events during reacclimation upon a change in daylight intensity. Samples were digested with trypsin, labeled with TMT 11-Plex, then analyzed by LC-MS/MS. Data was searched with MS-GF+ using PNNL's DMS Processing pipeline.
