Description

The data describe longitudinal profiling, pre and post treatment of a human B lymphoblastoid cell line (B-LCL). The cells were treated with Everolimus at timepoint 7 and the full untargeted proteomics and transcriptomics were profiled over a total of 24 timepoints (over 12 hours), with samples acquired once every half-hour. A validation experiment was repeated as a separate experiment using a subset of the time points. [dataset license: CC0 1.0 Universal (CC0 1.0)]
