Description

Example files for a GNPS Molecular Networking Workshop held online as part of the Collaborative Microbial Metabolite Center. Data are composed of two fecal samples from the American Gut Project (MSV000080673) and three samples (and their media blanks) from cultured bacteria with media containing bile acids (MSV000084475). Data were acquired in a Maxis Impact Q-TOF mass spectrometer (Bruker Daltonics) equipped with ESI source (positive ionization mode).
