Euphorbia amygdaloides ssp. semiperfoliata, LC-MSn analysis of AcOEt plant extract, and 12 references MS2 spectra of diterpene esters. Fragmentation behavior of diterpene esters (jatrophane type) had been studied by multiple stage mass spectrometry.
The AcOEt showed very potent antiviral activity (against chikungunya virus and HIV).
