Pelleted non-perturbed LNCaP cells were lysed using LysisBuffer (8 M urea, 0.1 M ammonium bicarbonate, 0.1 % RapiGest) and nucleic acids sheared using sonication. [dataset license: CC0 1.0 Universal (CC0 1.0)]
