Description

Mice were divided into 3 groups: infected with Trypanosoma cruzi strain X10/4, uninfected control, and uninfected isoproterenol control. Blood, urine and saliva were collected every week for 90 days. Metabolites were extracted in 50% methanol. Liquid chromatography separation was performed on a Phenomenex C18 LC Column 50 x 2.1 mm, with water+0.1% formic acid and acetonitrile+0.1% formic acid as mobile phases in positive mode.
