This data set was downloaded from MetaboLights (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/metabolights/) accession number MTBLS178 Abstract:In this study, metabolomic analysis with multivariate statistics was performed to examine the serum metabolic changes in human participants, which are divided into three groups (So-Yang, So-Eum and Tae-Eum) according to Sasang Constitution Medicine (SCM), Korean Traditional Oriental Medicine, that has bean an important tool in diagnosis and treatment of patients.
