Integrated transcriptomic, epigenomic, and proteomic analysis of histologically normal fallopian tubes (FTs) fimbria from BRCA mutant carriers and controls. This study was undertaken to test the hypothesis that there are molecular alterations in FTs from BRCA mutant carriers that contribute to field cancerization and high-grade serous risk. We address the limitations of prior molecular profiling studies of BRCA mutant FTs by controlling for covariates known to influence the molecular and cellular landscape of the FT.
