Description

Aspergillus sydowii was grown under low and high-salt conditions. Cell-free extracts were recovered, dried-down and metabolites extracted using cold acetone. Metabolites were separated by liquid chromatography and data was acquired (data-dependent acquisition) on a Sciex TripleTOF 5600 under positive ion mode. The accumulation time for TOF MS was 0.25 s/spectra over the m/z range 100-1500 Da and for MS/MS scan was 0.05 s/spectra over the m/z 50-1500 Da.
