Description

We found IRE1a was involved in protein synthesis. Then we are trying to determine the interacting proteins with IRE1a after FBS. IRE1a KO and HA-IRE1a reconstituted MEFs cells were firstly starved, then were treated with FBS. The cells were lysed with IP buffer. HA antibody to used to performed the IP experiment.
