Description

Fecal samples collected from mothers and their infants (United States). Mothers received antibiotics based on clinical indication or served as untreated controls. Untargeted LC-MS/MS acquisition was performed on a Vanquish ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) system coupled to a QExactive Orbitrap (Thermo Scientific) mass spectrometer.
