Regulation of food intake by adipocyte gap junction protein Connexin43 via adipocyte-sensory neuron electrical synapses

Description

Serum samples were collected from male Adipoq-rtTA and Adipoq-rtTA::Tre-Connexin43 mice following three weeks of treatment with a chow diet containing 200 mg/kg doxycycline. Abundant serum proteins, including albumin, alpha1-antitrypsin, transferrin, and haptoglobin, were depleted using the ProteoSpi Abundant Serum Protein Depletion kit (Norgen Biotek, Cat. #17300). Each sample consisted of serum pooled from two mice of the same genotype. LUM1_493475, LUM1_493476, and LUM1_493477 are CX C1, CX C2, and CX C3, respectively.
