Ethyl acetate extract of Annukihypoxylon moriforme MA9 strain (endophytic fungi) showed potent proteasome inhibition. It was performed chromatographic steps to generated two sets of bioactive enriched fractions. Extract and fractions were submitted to UPLC-MS/MS analysis and MS data was evaluated by NP3_MS_Workflow to predict most probable m/z candidate responsable for proteasome inhibition.
