Using non-targeted LC-MS/MS lipidomics approaches, we profiled SARS-CoV-2 changes in cellular lipid composition for both 293T HEK infected cells and cells ectopically expressing individual SARS-CoV-2 proteins, in total examining 26 experimental conditions and three control conditions, each in biological quintuplicate.
