Study comparing the effects on APAP, high fat diet and gut microbiome composition on urine, serum and colonic content/fecal metabolomes from male C57BL6/J mice. Microbiome conditions include mice that were germ-free (GF), fecal microbiota colonized (convention mouse FMT) and conventional mice with gentamicin or vancomycin shifted gut microbiomes. LC-MS/MS data acquisition was completed in positive and/or negative ionization mode.
