Comprehensive proteomic dataset of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) microvesicles. The aim of this study is to deeply characterize the protein content of microvesicles (MVs) isolated from human cerebrospinal fluid. MVs were isolated from Two CSF pools and their proteome was studied with high sensitivity mass spectrometry, electron microscopy and western blot.
