Impact of Diet on the Gut Microbiome in Common Marmosets (Callithrix jacchus). Fecal samples and food supplements from eight pairs of marmosets in the J1 breeding facility (UCSD ACP) that underwent a diet change from biscuits to gel diet. Untargeted LC-MS/MS acquisition was performed on a Vanquish UHPLC system coupled to a Q-Exactive Hybrid Quadrupole-Orbitrap (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Bremen, Germany). Chromatographic separation was performed on a Kinetex 2.6 um 100 A pore size Polar C18 reversed phase UHPLC column 150 x 2.1 mm (Phenomenex, Torrance, CA).
