Description

Fecal samples collected from children diagnosed with very early onset inflammatory bowel disease (VEO-IBD) and age- and sex-matched controls. Participants were recruited at Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC). Untargeted LC-MS/MS acquisition was performed on a Vanquish ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) system coupled to a QExactive quadrupole orbitrap (Thermo Scientific) mass spectrometer.
