Two iodoTMT 6-plex screens were used to assess the changes in protein cysteine oxidation following eccentric contractions in extensor digitorum longus (EDL) muscles that were extracted from wild type and mdx mice and treated with and without 750uM sodium hydrogen sulfide (NaHS). N=5 for each group: WT, WT+ECC, mdx, mdx+ECC, and mdx+ECC+NaHS.
