The same sample of bovine liver extract analyzed using a mobile phase with solvents purchased from different vendors. LC-MS grade water was purchased from Sigma, methanol and isopropanol are purchased from Sigma, Honeywell and Fisher Scientific. Vendor names are randomized and only listed as vendors 1, 2 and 3 in the filenames for confidentiality. The raw data is used in the following preprint: "Vendor-dependent mobile phase contaminants affect neutral lipid analysis in lipidomics protocols" (DOI 10.26434/chemrxiv-2024-r67fv)
