Description

This dataset contains LCMS/MS data from Cucumis sativus (cucumber) extracts prepared for potential skincare applications. Local cucumber samples were subjected to water extraction, followed by concentration. The extracts were analyzed by liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (LCMS/MS) to profile metabolites of interest. The dataset includes raw LCMS/MS files. These data may be useful for researchers working on plant metabolomics, natural product discovery, and cosmetic ingredient development.
