Exovesicle-enriched fraction was isolated from the culture medium of tissue-cultured cells of Norway spruce during extracellular lignin formation by an ultracentrifugation-based protocol. From the remaining, now exovesicle-depleted culture medium, 11.8 ul of the medium was prepared for proteomic analysis.
