This submission contains the mass spectrometry files for the manuscript by Nabeel-Shah et al. that describes the identification and functional characterization of the Tetrahymena RBBP4/RBBP7 orthologue. AP-MS experiments were performed from human HEK293 cells and MS files were acquired on a Q Exactive HF-Orbitrap mass spectrometer. For questions, please contact Edyta Marcon (edyta.marcon@utoronto.ca).
