Oxidative stress plays a critical role in postmenopausal osteoporosis, yet its impact on osteoblasts remains underexplored, limiting therapeutic advances. This study identifies phospholipid peroxidation in osteoblasts as a key feature of postmenopausal osteoporosis in mice. To characterize the oxidized phospholipids (oxPLs) species present in osteoporotic bone and aged mice, we performed relative content of phospholipids analysis using LC-MS.
