Description

This growth run led to two 1 L cultures, the first (LS1) was grown in MP (minimal media) with additions of 1% MeOH and 1% 464 (rich media). The second (LS2) was grown in 464 with 1% MeOH, then swapped into the same media as LS1 for 1 day prior to harvest as we hypothesized the extra growth may benefit cell numbers before swapping to minimal media to benefit downstream purification strategies.
