This dataset consists of 22 raw MS files and associated peak lists and result files, acquired on Velos Orbitrap and TripleTOF mass spectrometers operated in Data Dependent Acquisition mode. The AJUBA construct and cell line were generated by Bhavisha Rathod, with mass spectrometric acquisition by Zhen-Yuan Lin. Data analysis was performed by Anne-Claude Gingras. The files are associated with a manuscript submitted for publication by Loganathan et al. that describes the identification of the NOTCH pathway as a critical regulator of Squamous Cell Carcinoma. Daniel Schramek is the corresponding author of the manuscript (schramek@lunenfeld.ca); Anne-Claude Gingras should be contacted for questions on this dataset (gingras@lunenfeld.ca).
