Description

This dataset consists of 4 raw MS files and associated peak lists and results files, acquired on an AB-SCIEX mass spectrometer operated in Data Dependent Acquisition mode. Samples were generated by the Cowen lab and affinity purification and mass spectrometric acquisition was performed by Zhen-Yuan Lin. Analysis was performed by Anne-Claude Gingras and Cassandra Wong. The files are associated with a manuscript by co-first authors Li, Zhang, Veri, Iyer, Lash, Xue et al.
