Trypsin-digested peptides were labeled using 10-plex TMT reagent (Thermo Scientific, Rockford, IL). Peptide samples (50 ug each) were labeled TMT reagents.
For proteome analysis, LC-MS/MS analysis was performed using an EASY-nLC 1200 UPLC (Thermo Scientific) coupled to a Orbitrap Fusion Lumos Tribrid mass spectrometer (Thermo Fisher Scientific).
