Description

Biological triplicates of Jurkat cells lysates were treated with DeltaTag (compound 6a) or DMSO for 15 min at 37 degree Celsius. Each sample was split into 9 aliquots each and incubated at 9 different temperatures between 37 and 67 degree Celsius and the soluble fractions were quantified relatively to the lowest temperature with mass spectrometry-based analysis using TMTpro 18-plex label.
