Description

This repository contains Waters .raw files from the manuscript entitled "Discovery of megapolipeptins by genome mining of a Burkholderiales bacteria collection". The dataset contains positive and negative MS data for megapolipeptin A and B, as well as the positive MS data for the methyl ester derivatives of the two molecules.
