Wildtype and transgenic mice were treated with or without Bacteroides fragilis and frontal cortex samples were extracted for untargeted LC-MS analysis. LC-MS was conducted in positive mode with HILIC separation and a BEH amide column using the method described in (Lai, 2021). Fecal samples were spiked with labeled tyrosine (L-tyrosine (3,3-D2)).
