This dataset consists of 15 raw MS files and associated peak lists and results files, acquired on AB Sciex TripleTOF 6600 mass spectrometer operated in Data Dependent Acquisition mode.
Samples were generated by Camila Aprosoff. FLAG-AP and Mass spectrometry acquisition was performed by Zhen-Yuan Lin. Analysis was performed by Cassandra Wong and Boris Dyakov.
The files are associated with a manuscript submitted for publication by Camila Aprosoff et al. The main goal of this paper was to investigate SLX4 as a scaffold for DNA repair and chromatin-associated proteins. This dataset comprehensively maps the interactome of SLX4 using proximity labeling and affinity purification.
