Description

This dataset contains untargeted metabolomics raw data of fecal samples collected from children with medical complexity (CMC) undergoing chronic and acute GI stress. Investigation of the impact of exclusive enteral nutrition (EEN) and different formula types on the GI stress and overall microbiome.
