BS3 Crosslinking experiments were performed on in vitro preparations of histone methyltransferase dimers. Each sample was fractionated into two size-exclusion chromatography fractions that were acquired by alternating HCD/EThcD scans of the same precursor on a Fusion-Lumos instrument.
