NL2 plays an important role in the inhibitory synapse development. To find the binding partners of the NL2 in the brain. Anti-NL2 antibody was used to pull down the NL2 from brain lysate. Samples were used to do mass spectrometry-based label-free quantitation analysis. NL2 IP samples were compared with control IgG samples.
