Affinity purification mass spectrometry (AP-MS) was performed to identify protein interactions with HHIP, a well-established COPD GWAS gene. HA-immunoprecipitations (n = 3) were conducted using IMR90 and 16HBE cell lines stably expressing HA-tagged HHIP.
